Bids opened for the modernisation of the central heating system

Three bids have been submitted in the procurement procedure for the modernisation of the central heating system in the representative part of the main building of the Grand Theatre in Łódź.

This is another procurement procedure under the EU-funded project “Adaptation and Modernisation of the Space of the Grand Theatre in Łódź, Including the Purchase of Equipment and Furnishings” (FENX.07.01-IP.04-0013/24).

The lowest price was offered by PPHU SANEL Zaniewicz sp.j. from Bełchatów – PLN 2,876,550.95 gross. The second bid was submitted by INSBUD Adam Ślipek of Łódź (PLN 2,937,240.00 gross), and the third by F.H.U. MONTER Zbigniew Cybulski of Sieradz (PLN 3,566,582.37 gross). All three contractors offered the maximum scored warranty period – 84 months.

The procedure is being conducted as an open tender. Two further procurement procedures under the same project are running in parallel:

bids for the adaptation of the basement in the main building are accepted until 12 May,
bids for the modernisation of two entrances to the building, including adaptation for persons with special needs, are accepted until 26 May.

The project is co-funded by the European Union and being implemented under measure FENX.07.01 Culture and Cultural Tourism Infrastructure, Priority FENX.07 Culture, as part of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Programme 2021–2027.
