At present, procedures and formal preparations are being carried out in relation to investor and authorial supervision, as well as construction works covering the adaptation of basement areas, the modernisation of building entrances, the implementation of fire safety systems, and the upgrade of the central heating installation. The procedure concerning the replacement of windows in the stage area is also in progress. 

 

Following the signing of the relevant applications for the above-mentioned tasks, preparations will begin for the tender documentation related to construction works involving the replacement of the main stage flooring at the Grand Theatre in Łódź. 

 

The project is currently in an intensive organisational and formal preparatio commencement of the main investment works. Further updates will be provided in due course.
